These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, blog, courses, memberships, community, digital products, online shop, and other products and services offered by AI Journey for Women 50+ (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, enrolling in a course, participating in our community, downloading materials, subscribing to a membership, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing provided through AI Journey for Women 50+ should be considered medical, legal, financial, mental-health, tax, investment, or other professional advice.

When appropriate, you should consult a qualified professional regarding your individual circumstances.

3. AI-Generated Information

Some of our courses, resources, and educational materials teach you how to use third-party artificial intelligence tools.

Unless otherwise stated, our educational materials and purchased resources are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree to use our Services in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

When you purchase or enroll in a course, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access that course according to the terms presented when you enroll.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, enrollment is for one individual user.

You may not share your login credentials or provide another person with access to your paid account or course.

Purchasing a product or enrolling in a course does not transfer ownership of that content to you.

You may use purchased or provided materials for your own personal use unless a different license is expressly provided.

You may not reproduce, republish, resell, distribute, upload, share, copy for others, modify for resale, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.

You may print worksheets and other printable resources for your own personal use.

9. User-Submitted Content

You may have opportunities to submit, post, or share content through our Services, including comments, feedback, reviews, questions, stories, or community posts.

You retain ownership of your original content.

By submitting content in an area intended for sharing or community participation, you grant AI Journey for Women 50+ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Service or feature in which you submitted it.

You are responsible for content you submit and agree not to post content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, fraudulent, or that infringes upon another person's rights.

We will not intentionally use a private caregiving story, personal experience, or other private submission as a public marketing testimonial identifying you without additional permission.

10. Community Guidelines

AI Journey for Women 50+ is committed to fostering a welcoming, supportive, and respectful community.

When participating in discussions, comments, groups, or other community areas, you agree to treat other members respectfully.

You agree not to:

🔸Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse another person.

🔸Post discriminatory, hateful, obscene, or unlawful content.

🔸Spam members or repeatedly promote unrelated products or services.

🔸Share another person's private information without permission.

🔸Impersonate another person.

🔸Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

🔸Post content that infringes another person's intellectual-property rights.

🔸Intentionally disrupt community discussions or activities.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content and, when reasonably necessary, suspend or terminate access to community spaces.

Information, opinions, and experiences shared by community members represent those individuals and do not necessarily represent AI Journey for Women 50+.

Community posts should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

11. Purchases, Payments and Subscriptions

Prices and payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change for future purchases.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing and payment information.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, and their terms and privacy practices may also apply to your transaction.

Some Services may be offered as subscriptions or memberships with recurring payments. When you purchase a recurring subscription, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and applicable cancellation terms will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide according to the billing terms disclosed at the time of purchase until the subscription is canceled or otherwise ends.

If a payment fails, access to the applicable paid Service may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges will be disclosed when required.

12. Refunds and Returns

Refund eligibility depends on the product or Service purchased.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales or checkout page, paid online courses sold directly by AI Journey for Women 50+ include a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you decide an eligible course is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date to request a refund.

Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Physical and print-on-demand merchandise may have separate return, replacement, and refund terms.

If a particular course, product, promotion, bundle, or offer has different refund terms, those terms will be disclosed on the applicable sales or checkout page.

13. Digital Downloads

Digital products are licensed for your personal use unless the product specifically states otherwise.
