I’m Susan, and like many women over 50, I’ve watched technology change fast — sometimes exciting, sometimes intimidating. AI felt especially loud and confusing at first. Everyone seemed to be promising total transformations, overnight success, or a future that required you to become a completely different person. That never felt right to me.

This project exists because I believe something different:
- You don’t need to keep up with AI.
- You need AI to keep up with you.
